Welcome to Webecom Trends (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, storefront, and purchases of products offered on Webecom Trends (the “Services”). By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Webecom Trends offers trending consumer products. Many products are fulfilled by third-party merchants through Shopify Collective. Our store is powered by Shopify.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials if you create an account.

2. Products & pricing

  • We work to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Errors can occur; we may correct errors and cancel or refuse orders when necessary.
  • Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice before you place an order.
  • Product availability depends on Collective partner inventory and can change without notice.

3. Orders & payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We (or a Collective partner) may accept or decline an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
  • Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods we enable (for example, Shopify Payments or other gateways shown at checkout).
  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping, risk of loss & Collective fulfillment

Shipping details are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass according to carrier scan/delivery practices and partner fulfillment rules. Orders may ship from multiple locations in multiple packages.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Product-specific Collective partner terms on a listing or order confirmation may supplement that policy.

6. Intellectual property

Store content (branding, text, graphics, logos, and compilation) is owned by Webecom Trends or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit content for commercial purposes without permission. Product brands and imagery supplied by Collective partners remain their property.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at abusive volumes, interfering with store operations, or using the store for fraudulent purchases.

8. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product performance depends on manufacturer and partner quality controls outside our direct warehouse control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webecom Trends and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webecom Trends and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Services, you also acknowledge that Shopify and Collective partners may process order data as needed to fulfill purchases.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your state require otherwise. Courts located in San Diego County, California may hear disputes, subject to applicable consumer venue rights.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
