York Nordic Travel Folding Walking & Hiking Poles, 13.5 in Folded

The York Nordic travel poles are a pair of adjustable aluminum walking and hiking poles that fold down to 13.5 inches and pack into their own carry bag. Choose Nordic grips (with glove straps) or trek/hike grips.

Sizes (the brand sizes by ground-to-top-of-forearm height, with the elbow bent at 90°):

• X-Short: extends 29.5 to 37.5 in (75 to 95 cm), for heights 5'3" and shorter (forearm-to-ground 30 to 38 in). 10.5 oz per pole.
• Short: extends 37.5 to 45.25 in (95 to 115 cm), for heights 5'3" to 5'7" (forearm-to-ground 38 to 46 in). 11.5 oz per pole.
• Long: extends 45.25 to 53 in (115 to 135 cm), for heights 5'7" to 6'2" (forearm-to-ground 44 to 52 in). 11.5 oz per pole.

In the box:

• 2 folding poles (7075 aluminum) with flip locks
• Tungsten steel tips
• Screw-on baskets for snow, sand and mud
• Detachable rubber feet for pavement
• Velcro strap and black nylon travel bag
